DEFINITION:
EMOTION:
It is a strong feeling deriving from one's circumstances, mood or relationships with others.
Instinctive or intutive feeling as distinguished from reasoning or knowledge.
INDICATION:
A sign or piece of information that indicates something.
The above definition are self explanatory in nature and one should be very careful prior concluding something as an emotion or an indication.
For throwing some light on the statements mentioned above, let's take an example of a short story:
For the above example you cannot say what happened to the girl while she stated such harsh sentences. Might be the ego or the attitude or some other reason. But the boy still hopes one day she will definitely return and enlighten the fire of their relation back.
A word of advice: Think before you say something which can hurt others. Put yourself in the shoes of other before saying something impudent. Never confuse the emotion with the indication.
Emotion is a feeling that can be expressed whereas indication is a signal which can either make a relation or destroy it.
Last but not the least, conclusion is "Life is simple, People are complicated". Do not change yourself even if you achieve the greatest position.

- The boy smiles and still hopes that one day she will definitely turn back and come to cherish the good old memories. "Hope shines brightest in the darkest moments".
